Tejas Shah is a global technology and transformation executive, board member, and business leader with over two decades of experience driving large-scale growth, digital transformation, and enterprise modernization across global organizations. His career reflects a powerful combination of strategic vision, operational excellence, and hands-on leadership in building future-ready businesses.

With leadership experience spanning renowned organizations such as Fluence Energy, Arlo Technologies, Tonal, and NETGEAR, Tejas has played a pivotal role in scaling category-defining businesses across climate technology, SaaS, IoT, cloud, cybersecurity, and consumer technology sectors. He has successfully led organizations through rapid growth phases, IPO readiness, subscription business transformation, global operational expansion, and enterprise-wide modernization initiatives.

Tejas is widely recognized for his ability to translate strategy into execution while building high-performing global teams and scalable operating models. His expertise spans digital transformation, cybersecurity oversight, enterprise risk management, AI adoption, M&A strategy and execution, commercial operations, product leadership, and P&L management.

Bringing a pragmatic operator’s perspective to leadership and governance, Tejas combines strong financial and governance foundations as a Chartered Accountant with deep experience across technology, product innovation, and business transformation. His board-level experience includes audit committee oversight, organizational scaling, technology-enabled growth, and long-term enterprise value creation.

Octavian Buiu is a graduate of the Faculty of Physics, University of Bucharest, with a PhD in Atomic and Molecular Physics (“Babes-Bolyai” University of Cluj). He has more than 30 years’ experience in R&D, in private and public institutions: R&D Institute for Nuclear Power Reactors, R&D Institute for Electronic Components, Institute of Microtechnology Romania, and Honeywell Romania.

Between 1997 and 2007, he worked in the United Kingdom as research associate, fellow, and senior fellow at De Montfort University and University of Liverpool. In 2002 he was appointed Lecturer in the Electrical Engineering Department, University of Liverpool.

Throughout his career, Octavian served as deputy scientific director at IMT Bucharest (1994–1997), and as Portfolio Manager and Senior Technology Manager at Honeywell Romania – Advanced Technology (2007–2014 and 2014–2017, respectively).

Currently he is a scientific researcher at IMT Bucharest and head of the reliability and testing laboratory. He has more than 70 papers in ISI journals and more than 100 papers and presentations at national and international conferences. He is author and co-author of 20 book chapters and co-author of 25 granted US and EU patents.
